If you’ve ever considered how many people visit shopping centres or eat in food courts each day, you would automatically realise how hard cleaners work. Cleaners are constantly running from one end of our shopping centres to the other, cleaning our mess and clearing our tables, sanitising the bathrooms and washing the floors – all to ensure we have a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

They are dedicated and proud of their work. But dedication doesn’t put food on the tables or pay the bills. Cleaners do all of this for just $16 an hour and they deserve better.
